This picture is of my boyfriend's mom, Jan, and his older sister Micki when she was first born. For me, this picture totally embodies motherhood. I love these two women so much! I come from a long line of great women, most of whom are mothers. I'm fortunate to know my own mother who is inspirational to me in every way. Oh, Lauren, I enjoy being your mom so much and am continually learning from and being inspired by you in my life. I've always said, "No one loves you like your mom". I'm thankful to have that same closeness with you that I did with my mother. Thanks for starting this blog--we are need to learn to love the journey!
